This post-war bungalow was utterly charming from the street and completely lacking in space for a family of four.

The decision was made to keep the front of the house intact and build out from the back.  This gained two more bedrooms, a large upstairs bathroom, a family room and a main floor laundry room.  All the space and functionality a busy family could ask for.

In fact there was even room enough to host their charming backyard wedding!
