Barrett was chosen because his price was extremely fair, and the work in his portfolio spoke for itself, it was impressive.
From the outset of showing us his previously renovated houses, to the final coat of paint on our finished walls, it was clear that Barrett's work was held to an impeccable standard - his own.
All throughout the project this standard held true. And when it came time to make decisions together during the project, I noticed that instead of choosing the easy way, he was always choosing to do the "right" thing for me and my family's home.
Where spent, [our budget] was definitely worth every penny; where possible, he saved every penny he could for us, and none if it ever felt squeezed from us.

We were extremely pleased with our two bathrooms that we renovated with Barrett. Before the project started, Barrett consulted with us and enhanced our planned changes to make them even more attractive and functional.
During the project he was very trustworthy and knowledgeable in dealing with issues, simplifying them for us and made our decision making as easy as possible.
He delivered earlier than promised and the quality of the finishing was amazing - we have received endless compliments on the bathrooms, and still gaze around from time to time as if it was just finished yesterday!

We did a complete back-to-the-brick renovation of a century house and had no doubt that Barrett and his team would be our go-to guys based on the strong recommendation they came with. They salvaged, preserved and gave new life to many existing features while having the foresight to design and create a totally new and complementary space.

You turned the most ugly house into the most beautiful house and because of that, I have so many showings and I was able to rent out my house within a week!
People complimented the thorough job you have done and they especially love the stairs!!! And thanks so much for your advice throughout the construction and I am glad that I took your advice such as the brickwall and It turns out that people love it as it has the characters!!
