In his 20 year career Barrett has touched on all aspects of residential construction. And his expertise doesn't stop at the job site. His creative designs and talent for innovative solutions set him apart from his peers.
A couple of years ago he was lucky enough to land an interior designer as his wife (more on her below). Their partnership added a useful new perspective to the business - even when they argue about tile selection!

Norm also has excellent balance. If you see him skipping across joists without a care in the world don't fear, he's widely considered to be part monkey!
